3. Google and Firebase services
ExamPrep India uses Google services that may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. These may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In / Google Identity services, Google Play services, and Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may use device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements. Ad behavior may depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google’s policies.

4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, particularly Google/Firebase and Google AdMob. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
5. Data security
We use Firebase and Google infrastructure and reasonable technical measures intended to protect stored and transmitted data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Data retention
We retain account and learning-progress information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain user progress, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Data may be removed when an account is deleted or when it is no longer required for these purposes, subject to legitimate legal or operational retention needs.
7. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your ExamPrep India account and associated personal data by emailing mrmanojrawat001@gmail.com with the subject “ExamPrep India Account Deletion”. We may need reasonable information to verify the request before deleting account-linked data.
We are also working to provide an in-app deletion option. When account deletion is completed, associated account data will be deleted except where retention is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate obligations.
8. Advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob. Where required by applicable law or Google policy, consent choices may be requested before certain advertising or device-storage activities occur. Users may also have advertising controls available through their device and Google account settings.
9. Children
ExamPrep India is intended for exam preparation. We do not knowingly request that children provide personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the service. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
