These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ExamPrep India mobile application provided by GyanSphere Technologies. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose

ExamPrep India provides quizzes, current affairs, mock tests, exam-oriented practice, performance information, rankings, and related educational features. The app is intended as a study and practice aid only.

2. No guarantee of exam results

Use of the app does not guarantee selection, qualification, marks, rank, employment, admission, or success in any examination. Users remain responsible for verifying official syllabi, dates, notices, eligibility requirements, and answers from the relevant examination authority or official source.

3. Content accuracy

We aim to provide useful and accurate educational content, but questions, explanations, current-affairs material, generated content, or other information may contain mistakes, become outdated, or differ from an official source. Official notifications and authoritative sources should take priority.

4. Accounts and progress

The app may allow guest/anonymous use and may allow users to link or sign in with a Google account to preserve progress. You are responsible for maintaining access to your linked Google account and for using the app lawfully.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scores or rankings, abuse notification or advertising systems, distribute malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The app may display advertising through Google AdMob and relies on third-party services such as Firebase and Google Play services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, exams, quizzes, advertisements, or other parts of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual property

The app’s original software, branding, user-interface elements, and original content are owned by or licensed to GyanSphere Technologies, subject to applicable third-party rights. You may use the app for personal educational purposes but may not reproduce or exploit protected material without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GyanSphere Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, reliance on educational content, loss of progress, third-party services, or examination outcomes.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, security, legal compliance, or serious violation of these terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the app, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
